New search interface on Find an Expert for the Media

Hi all,

thought you might like to have a look at the new search interface that
we have released for the Media through find an expert.

The Problems that the media were having with our straight search
interface for find an expert were that

1) contact details were not showing on the search page
2) with so many researchers being returned for a given research, it
was hard to identify who the media performers were.

to address problem 1) we have integrated contact details into the
search results, by using the google search AJAX api to bring back the
results. As the results are drawn on the screen, there is a peice of
javascript the gets an xml file that contains the contact details for
the researcher, and this is rendered inline with the results.

to address problem 2), as the results are rendered, a second search is
performed over our "News room" articles to find pages that match the
search term plus the persons name.

I'm quite please with the effect, but I'm not sure i've ironed out all
the bugs.
