Dear Imene,
Just one last piece of advice, consider your learners as individulas
(see my article on education and research to reach autonomous learners
on
sciencedirect.com), consider them future citizens, do your job with
sincirity and not only as a means to earn money, you will always try
to do it as it should be. It is difficult of corse in an Algerian
context but believe me that when you trust your learners, they will
trust in you, when there is a mutual respect, teaching will become
easier, being strict does ot mean beig against the student but gain
his cnfidence i the long run. I thank you Imene for your nice words.
You know, even teachers need their learners' feedback through their
engagement, attandance, active participation, positive results and
even feedback like the evaluation sheet I used. I teach evaluation and
I let your feedbac the last element f the seminar athouht it is ow
officially closed. I invite you to follow this way as future teachers.
My aim behind this seminar is to train successfu trainers not only in
terms of knowledge but in terms of professional conscience.
If you need more discussion, youe all the time welcome.
best regards
