The strange spelling of E. Wisehart's first name prompted me to Google
Emeline Wisehart. Voila!

She is listed under Indiana Miami Reserve Conference and is
ministering at New Salem.
Herald of gospel liberty, Volume 102, page 1299 lists her as a
delegate from said conference to the 1910 Troy Ohio conference.
