Append the alignment lines of Multiple Sequence Alignment using Perl

Dear all , 

I want to append the alignment lines of Multiple Sequence Alignment using Perl. The lines must be appended with the sequence part of it following with One row of Identifiers.

It would help greatly if you provided more detail. What alignment format are you using? Can you provide an example of the before/after conversion that you would like to see?

Sorry Sir , for late response.

For example,

I got the multiple sequence alignment files, let may be of some sequences into a .aln file format.

In that , the identifiers name were present and also the aligned sequences. I want to append them.

and print the saved output in another file.

I am showing an example in a image .. !!! ..
