How can you update from Community Edition of Resara 1.1 to Community
Edition of Resara 1.1.1? Is this a complete re-load?

You can just update Resara Server like any other package. The quickest way is just to run
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
This will do a full system update. The update process does not erase any data or settings.
