Seehow lessons and modules are intentionally organized to leverage connections between concepts, and progress conceptual understanding from simple to complex to help students access new learning and problem-solving.

Through an intentional integration of digital resources, a focused approach to encouraging student discourse, and by connecting lessons to real-world math, students stay engaged in the learning. Get access to the curriculum.

Eureka Math2 Tennessee Edition incorporates the latest research on supporting multilingual learners, leveraging Universal Design for Learning principles and promoting social-emotional learning, to ensure all students have access to grade-level content. The curriculum design, instructional routines, and lesson-specific strategies help teachers address learner variance and provide guidance on helping students with understanding, speaking, and writing English in mathematical contexts.

Eureka Math2 Tennessee Edition was intentionally designed to provide students of all reading abilities and backgrounds with opportunities to develop skills in reading, writing, speaking, vocabulary, and listening as they build fluency and a conceptual understanding of mathematics.

The Standards for Mathematical Practice are woven into every Eureka Math2 Tennessee Edition lesson and the new Achievement Descriptors (ADs) detail each Tennessee standard and what students should know and be able to do.

The Standards for Mathematical Practice are woven into every Eureka Math2 Tennessee Edition lesson. Through explicit instruction and student-driven tasks, students are consistently applying Mathematical Practices to to build an enduring understanding of math.

Achievement Descriptors (ADs) include Tennessee standards-aligned descriptions that detail what students should know and be able to do based on the instructions. ADs were written specifically for Tennessee and link to each standard to form a clear, concise description of the work covered in each module.

Our Language Arts Curriculum, EL, is a comprehensive, standards-based core literacy program that engages teachers and students through compelling, real-world content and builds equitable and inclusive learning opportunities for all students.

Our Math Curriculum is Eureka Math, which connects math to the real world making math fear-free for students and builds their confidence by helping them achieve true understanding lesson by lesson, year after year.

The EL curriculum offers either two or three hours of literacy instruction per day, depending on the grade level. The Grades K-2 curriculum offers two hours per day of content-based literacy, plus one hour of structured phonics. In conjunction with Module Lessons, explicit instruction is related to grammar, usage, mechanics, punctuation, and spelling. Together, these three hours of curriculum are considered comprehensive, meaning that they explicitly teach and formally assess all strands and standards of the Common Core English language arts (ELA) standards for each grade level.
