Job Description:

Data Architect – Minimum five (5) years of current experience providing services in architecting, designing, and implementing warehouse solutions for applications and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for large scale/complex environments including SFS, SiteManager, and Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management (OPPM). • Preferred experience designing and implementing large scale and complex data warehouses for BI solutions. • Preferred experience designing and implementing data warehouse structures using Star and SnowFlake data warehouse methodologies. • Preferred experience in the design of ETL processes and ETL strategy. • Preferred experience writing SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers. • Preferred experience with Oracle databases to deliver large-scale warehousing solutions that are multi-terabyte in size. • Preferred experience leading project teams through the design and development processes of warehouses. • Preferred experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) tools, IBM COGNOS or Business Objects. • Preferred experience with NYS Statewide Financial System business processes and transactions files related to bulkload, budget management and procurement contract processing.
