I’m working with the State of Florida – Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) on an opportunity and wanted to connect regarding an Enterprise Architect (JBoss / Java / Web Services / Linux) role.
Please review the details below and let me know if you’re interested. If so, share your resume, rate expectations, and availability. If you are not open to relocation or the work model/location does not align with your preferences, please disregard this email, and I apologize for taking your time.
Client: Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR)
Job Title: Enterprise Architect (Job #7610)
Location: Tallahassee, FL (Hybrid Onsite)
Address: 4042 Bald Cypress Way, Tallahassee, FL 32399
Submission Requirements: Resume, Resume Acknowledgement Form, 3 References
This role supports the Department’s Information Technology Office, focusing on enterprise application architecture, system modernization, and operational support for JBoss services, Java applications, internal web applications, and web services.
The focus is on maintaining and upgrading JBoss environments, web services, APIs, Linux infrastructure, and internal applications, while supporting modernization and technical enhancement initiatives.
This is not a pure architecture strategy role; you are expected to be hands-on with JBoss, Java, APIs, and enterprise application support. If someone is only a high-level architect without technical depth, they’ll struggle here.
Thanks,
Sheldon Fernandez
