Project/ Scope of Work

•  ESS Customer 360 Dashboard enhancement
•  ESS Analysis 360 Dashboard enhancement.
•  ESS Executive Dashboard enhancement and monthly refresh.
•  Homelessness Dashboard enhancement and quarterly refresh.
•  CalSAWs Ad Hoc reporting.
•  Reporting Infrastructure: Implement a unified reporting platform to support the agency's reporting and analytics needs across all branches.

 
Consultant Qualifications/Skill/Knowledge:

•  Ability to develop reports by using Power BI Report Builder on Oracle and MS SQL Server (5+ years).
•  Ability to develop varied dashboards on Power BI Desktop (5+ years).
•  Ability to develop the automated processes on Power Automate (5+ years).
•  Experience with all Power BI premium features (5+ years).
•  Ability to solicit requirements and interface with users directly.
•  Ability to work independently as well as in team environment.
•  Resourceful
•  Good communication skills.
•  Excellent problem-solving skills
