Position Overview:

Oakland County is seeking a seasoned SCCM/ECM System Administrator with deep technical expertise and a strong ability to identify and resolve gaps in enterprise client management platforms. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on patch management, update deployment, and software distribution using SCCM/ECM (on-premise).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage all aspects of the workstation lifecycle via SCCM/ECM.
  • Perform patch management, update deployment, and software distribution in a large enterprise environment.
  • Analyze and identify challenges or inefficiencies within the existing SCCM/ECM environment.
  • Recommend and implement configuration updates, topology improvements, or complementary tools to optimize the SCCM/ECM platform.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience with SCCM/ECM in enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of SCCM/ECM system architecture, deployment models, and troubleshooting.
