Position:    NICE CXone Developer  

Location:   West Sacramento, CA (On-Site)

Client:        California State Teachers’ Retirement Systems


Minimum Technical Qualifications:

  • Working in a project implementing a NICE CXone contact center solution.
  • Designing a NICE CXone solution that includes call center (CC), workforce management (WFM), quality assurance (QA), scheduling and after-call surveys.
  • Configuring NICE CXone call menu, call flows, call back, call survey, call recording, skills-based routing, scheduling, QA evaluation, dashboard and reports.
  • Developing NICE CXone self-services and interfaces between NICE CXone and other systems using RESTful or SOAP technologies.
  • Providing on-the-job training and knowledge transfer to business and IT staff.

Desirable Technical Qualifications:
  • Experience providing consulting services to State and/or Federal agencies in the USA.
  • Experience working as a lead developer in a contact center implementation project.
  • Knowledge of contact center industry best practices and standards.
  • Ability to collaboratively interact with contact center vendor and other contractors in support of implementing a contact center solution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
