Project/ Scope of Work

·   ESS Customer 360 Dashboard enhancement

·   ESS Analysis 360 Dashboard enhancement.

·   ESS Executive Dashboard enhancement and monthly refresh.

·   Homelessness Dashboard enhancement and quarterly refresh.

·   CalSAWs Ad Hoc reporting.

·   Reporting Infrastructure: Implement a unified reporting platform to support the agency's reporting and analytics needs across all branches.

 
Consultant Qualifications/Skill/Knowledge:

·   Ability to develop reports by using Power BI Report Builder on Oracle and MS SQL Server (5+ years).

·   Ability to develop varied dashboards on Power BI Desktop (5+ years).

·   Ability to develop the automated processes on Power Automate (5+ years).

·   Experience with all Power BI premium features (5+ years).

·   Ability to solicit requirements and interface with users directly.

·   Ability to work independently as well as in team environment.

·   Resourceful

·   Good communication skills.

·   Excellent problem-solving skills
