Job Description:

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: 1. Required: Must meet educational requirements: Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis (must be documented). LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS (if applicable).   Required Qualifications: 1. The User Experience/Interaction Designer (UX/ID) must have a minimum three years’ experience in the last six years related to Dynamics 365, automating manual processes, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) and electronic signature platform such as DocuSign. 2. The UX/ID must have a minimum one year of experience in the last three years with design, development, and implementation of webbased user interfaces in support of customer relationship Digital Rights Management (DRM) platforms.   DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Two or more consecutive years of experience not listed within MQs, in the last 10 years providing UX/ID consultative services to a State of California Department. Experience under MQs cannot be used to meet DQ.
