Job Description:

OVERVIEW:

Consultant shall provide IT Development, Modernization, and Enhancement ("DME"), Operations and Maintenance ("O&M"), and related support services for USAC's portfolio of Appian-based enterprise applications. These services encompass the full software development lifecycle ("SDLC”) from requirements analysis and system design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support executed within a modern DevSecOps delivery model. USAC's Appian platform supports critical mission operations across all USF programs.

 

The scale and complexity of these systems require a Consultant with deep Appian expertise (current Appian Cloud platform versions), rigorous DevSecOps practices, and a demonstrated ability to deliver iterative, highquality software in a FISMA-compliant environment. The work performed under this Contract includes: (1) modernization of legacy systems into Appian; (2) development of net-new Appian applications; (3) continuous enhancement of existing Appian applications; (4) O&M and production support; and (5) DevSecOps engineering and cloud operations.

 

Description / Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years’ IT experience, at least 5 years delivering Appian solutions.
• Expert-level experience with current Appian versions.
• Ability to write complex Appian SAIL Code.
• Deep knowledge of Appian Records, Reports, Tasks, Sites, CDTs, Process Models, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores.
• L3 Appian certification desired.
• Appian certifications will be verified within 60 days of award.
