• The Vendor proposed staff must have a minimum of 7 years of senior level and 3 years of junior level experience with installing, managing and programming Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application system.
•  Prefer experience programming with a variety of other branded Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application systems.
• Experience with Oracle 10g database, creating and maintaining packages.
• Experience with Crystal Reports v8.5 or higher (as specified by the Client's ISDM and standards documentation).
• Filenet experience preferred
• ASP and Visual Basic 6 programming experience preferred
• .Net/C# and web programming experience
•  Experience creating, modifying and running SQL queries.
•  Experience performing system analysis, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (as specified by the DFS ISDM and standards documentation).
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation (e.g. system, program, user, technical).
