Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead Systems Engineer to design, develop, and lead enterprise-level applications using the Pega Platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC, leadership capabilities, and experience delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Pega applications using Pega PRPC.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and Pega solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior Pega developers.
Ensure best practices in Pega development, including performance, security, and reusability.
Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP services.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails.
Collaborate with business, QA, and DevOps teams across the SDLC.
Support production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Pega development.
Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, Case Management, Decisioning, and UI.
Experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS).
Solid understanding of Pega performance tuning and deployment.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Pega certifications such as CSSA / CLSA.
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage development teams of 12+ resources across multiple projects.
Create and manage Epics, user stories, and Jira sprints to drive product delivery.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate business needs into detailed specifications.
Write comprehensive business logic and functional requirements documentation.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to shape intuitive and user-centered product experiences.

Requirements
12 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Manager role.

Strong experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and sprint planning.
Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Technical understanding of frontend development (React, JavaScript) and backend technologies (Java).
Familiarity with AWS cloud services and Bitbucket for version control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
