Data Analyst and ETL Lead
Location : Durham, NC
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst & ETL Lead to support the migration of Decentralized Clinical Trial (DCT) data from multiple legacy clinical and patient engagement platforms into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. This role will be responsible for data analysis, source-to-target mapping, data quality assessment, ETL architecture, development, testing, and migration execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in IBM DataStage, clinical trial data management, and large-scale healthcare/life sciences data migration programs.
The candidate will work closely with Clinical Operations, Patient Engagement, Data Management, Salesforce architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely migration of decentralized clinical trial data into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
* Experience in DataStage ETL
* Strong understanding of clinical trial data domains, including patient, study, site, investigator, visit, enrollment, engagement, and operational data.
* Knowledge of life sciences and healthcare data standards such as CDISC, SDTM, and related clinical data models.
* Familiarity with GxP, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, and regulatory compliance requirements.
* Experience with cloud-based integration and migration tools.
