Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Lead .NET Developer with 15+ years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in Angular or Node.js. The ideal candidate will lead development initiatives, architect scalable solutions, and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level .NET applications
• Lead full software development lifecycle and provide technical direction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring coding best practices
• Work on front-end (Angular) or server-side (Node.js) technologies
• Conduct code reviews and optimize application performance

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong expertise in .NET / C#
• Hands-on experience with Angular or Node.js
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Solid understanding of web services, APIs, and database design
