Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience managing complex IT and technology-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding along with proven leadership in delivering large-scale projects across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects including cloud, data, application development, or infrastructure initiatives
  
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables
  
• Coordinate closely with Architects, Developers, DevOps, QA, and Business teams
  
• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
  
• Manage risks, dependencies, change requests, and escalations
  
• Track progress through KPIs, dashboards, and sprint metrics
  
• Conduct daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and executive reviews
  
• Ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery
  
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
  

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Technical Project Management experience
  
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
  
• Experience managing cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data, or Application modernization projects
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
• Experience managing remote and offshore teams
  
• Strong risk management and stakeholder engagement skills
  
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP / CSM certification
  
• Experience in Cloud Migration, Data Platform, or Digital Transformation programs
  
• Prior hands-on technical background (Developer, Architect, or Engineer preferred)
