Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Lead with 15+ years of experience to lead the design of enterprise web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will drive UX strategy, mentor designers, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and ensure exceptional user experiences.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of UI/UX design experience
  • Strong expertise in UX Research, User-Centered Design, and Design Thinking
  • Experience creating Wireframes, Mockups, Prototypes, and User Flows
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
  • Strong knowledge of Design Systems and Component Libraries
  • Experience conducting usability testing and user research
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS applications
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience mentoring UI/UX designers
