Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced UX Architect with strong expertise in the Auto Finance domain to design and architect intuitive, scalable, and customer-centric digital experiences for automotive lending platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in loan origination systems, dealer portals, customer journeys, and financial services UX.
Key Responsibilities
Design and define end-to-end user experience architecture for auto finance platforms including loan origination, dealer management, and customer servicing portals.
Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into UX strategies and design solutions.
Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX frameworks.
Ensure seamless customer journeys for vehicle loan applications, approvals, payments, and account management.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to improve digital experiences.
Define and maintain UX design standards, patterns, and guidelines.
Work closely with UI designers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of UX designs.
Optimize user experiences across web, mobile, and dealer-facing platforms.
