Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software development projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful project execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong experience managing IT/Software Development projects
• Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Project Planning and Scheduling
• Risk and Issue Management
• Budget and Resource Management
• Stakeholder and Client Management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
• Experience preparing project status reports and executive presentations

Preferred

• PMP or Scrum Master certification
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
• Knowledge of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle
