JD : Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense.
· Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
· Work closely with business units to understand analytical needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
· Perform data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting outputs.
· Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Operations, etc.) to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and support strategic decision-making.
· Participate in the continuous improvement of BI processes, tools, and methodologies

Year of Exp : 2-4
We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Qlik Sense to support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. This role is ideal for someone eager to work with business stakeholders, transform raw data into insights, and grow their BI skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Qlik Sense dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Support data validation, data quality checks, and troubleshooting of data issues
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and visual insights
- Assist in data modeling and preparation within Qlik Sense (load scripts, transformations)
- Document dashboards, data definitions, and analytical logic
- Collaborate with senior analysts, data engineers, and business users
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support recurring reporting needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience (or strong internship/project experience) in data analysis or BI
- Solid knowledge of SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations, performance basics)
- Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense (dashboard creation, data loading, scripting basics)
- Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
