Description
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading data quality or data services teams, ideally with exposure to the legal sector, crm systems, and business development initiatives.
- Proficiency with data quality tools, data integration solutions, and business intelligence (bi) platforms.
- Strong command of sql and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., python, r) is a plus, particularly in the context of ai and automation.
- Experience with crm systems and their application in business development and marketing is highly desirable.
- Analytical & problem-solving skills: excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable process enhancements that improve service delivery.
- Business development, marketing & communication: strong business acumen with experience in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, particularly within the legal sector.
- A demonstrated track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts and business proposals to diverse audiences.
