In my recent role, I have successfully handled 20+ consultants simultaneously, maintained strong Tier-1 vendor relationships (200+ active vendors), generated 10–15 quality submissions per consultant weekly, and managed full-cycle recruitment including H1B transfers, OPT/CPT coordination, rate negotiation, interview scheduling, and onboarding compliance.
