Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall architecture for enterprise Java applications.
Design scalable, resilient, and secure microservices-based solutions.
Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design workshops.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Design and optimize application performance, scalability, and availability.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies.
Participate in estimation, planning, risk assessment, and technical roadmap creation.
Review code, architecture artifacts, and technical documentation.

Required Skills
Strong experience in Java (Java 8/11/17+).
Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA.
Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.
Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
Strong knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and object-oriented design.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
Experience with performance tuning, security, and application monitoring.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
