Role : Project Manager / Business Systems Analyst (PM/BSA)
Location : Irving, TX (Hybrid)

• Project Mission: To lead the project's execution, manage stakeholder relationships, and translate business needs into precise, actionable requirements. This role acts as the central coordinator, ensuring the project delivers on its objectives on time and within scope.
• Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and manage the end-to-end project plan, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and budget.
o Serve as the primary liaison between the project team and client stakeholders, providing clear status updates and managing expectations.
o Lead requirements gathering workshops to elicit and document business needs for the analytics platform.
o Author and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional specifications.
o Analyze and document business logic, KPI definitions, and data semantics by reverse-engineering existing reports and BI dashboards.
o Plan, coordinate, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business scenarios are thoroughly tested.
o Manage the product backlog, prioritize features for development sprints, and oversee the change management process.
• Required Skills & Experience:
o Proven track record in managing complex software development projects, preferably using Agile methodologies.
o Strong BSA skills with demonstrable experience in requirements analysis and user story creation for technical products.
o Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, healthcare) is highly desirable.
o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
