Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant
Location: North Dakota
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in a consulting delivery role 3+ full life cycle
SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 module implementations and support projects.
- Active Certification
in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 is required.
- Configure the Onboarding 2.0 module in SAP SuccessFactors based on business
requirements and best practices in a multi-country environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring Onboarding 2.0 module - Custom
objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports Advanced
Reports).
- Must have worked on MDF,
Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, workflows, etc.
- Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and
create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 module,
following best practices.
- Participate in system
integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing for
Onboarding 2.0 module.
- Maintain accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration
settings, and system processes.
- Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into absence trends,
patterns, and compliance.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal, written, and listening.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, multi-task, work
in a diverse team environment as well as work independently and understand
and be responsive to project and customer needs.
