JD:
· Monitoring & Observability: Configure, utilize, and create dashboards in Kibana and Tableu to monitor application logs, performance metrics, and system health in real-time to proactively identify and troubleshoot production issues.
· Database & Performance: Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schema primarily within the Oracle environment to ensure system efficiency.
· Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve database performance bottlenecks, tune slow-running queries, and ensure overall database efficiency and scalability.
· Testing & Quality Assurance: Drive software quality by implementing and executing a variety of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and working closely with QA teams.
· Telecom Order Flow: Apply deep expertise in the telecom domain to develop and enhance systems, specifically focusing on the complete telecom order flow life cycle (capture, decomposition, fulfillment, and status tracking).
· Collaboration & Maintenance: Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality, stable solutions.
· Workload Flexibility: Be flexible and willing to work extended hours as needed to meet critical project deadlines or address production emergencies.
