Role Description:
• Provided support on delivering various projects in Mortgage Origination space
with a robust Loan Origination Application Tool Empower by Dark Matter.
• Provided End to End testing support for time and business critical projects
by leading test Strategy, plan, execution, documentation, defect management and
status reporting.
• Define, govern, and continuously improve Agile Quality Management processes,
embedding quality practices (shift-left testing, automation strategy,
risk-based testing) across Scrum teams to ensure predictable, high-quality
releases.
• Lead quality strategy and execution in Agile delivery, partnering with
Product Owners, Engineering, and DevOps to establish test standards, acceptance
criteria, and Definition of Done, while mentoring teams on Agile quality best
practices.
• Drive metrics-driven quality excellence, test coverage, automation ROl, and
release quality indicators to proactively identify risks, improve process
maturity, and support data-driven decision-making at the program and portfolio
levels.
• Responsible for test automation development and translating business
requirements/user stories into Automated test features.
• Proficient in Automation Tools like Selenium WebDriver with Java, TestNG,
Maven, Cucumber, and GIT for testing Client-Server and Web-based applications.
• Having good experience in implementing Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
using Cucumber, developed Scenarios, Features, Step definitions and generating
the Cucumber/HTML Test Execution Reports.
• Ability to assist on Quality Assurance Engineering objectives within Agile
environment like In-sprint Automation, Automation Test Validation demos.
• Experience with Agile Tools - Jira, & Azure Devops.
• Worked on API Functional validations using POSTMAN & SOAP Ul. Automated
API testing using Karate Framework.
• Having good experience working in an Onshore-Offshore model and have
coordinated with Offshore QE on project delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of ETL testing, Database & Datawarehouse Testing.
Developed complex SQL queries to validate the Business Transformation rules.
