Location : Columbia, SC (Hybrid)

 

Job Description-

 

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, user story creation, and business process mapping for Salesforce and Marketing Cloud initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders.
• Translate marketing strategies into scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio, including data extension design and personalization logic.
• Partner with architects and technical teams to define integration requirements between Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, and external systems using APIs, Marketing Cloud Connect, and data pipelines.
• Drive UAT planning, execution, and defect management, ensuring solution quality, compliance with data/privacy regulations, and readiness for production deployment.
• Provide functional oversight on segmentation, automation, journey design, and KPIs, enabling data-driven marketing optimization, improved customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
