Job Description:
Job Title: AWS Cloud Architect with Azure Network Security
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract-C2C
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. Strong knowledge of Azure networking its security aspects
2. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Terraform State
manipulations, Terraform Cloud, GitHub / Azure Devops, GitHub Actions, Powershell, Bash
3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills
5. Experience with on-call support and incident management
6. Candidates should be able to represent strong understanding of all aspects of cloud, including
but not limited to networking, storage, compute, data products and app services.
7. Additionally, candidates should have high acumen in Terraform and PowerShell / Python as
well as familiar with common SDLC and traditional GIT work flow.
8. Demonstrable experience deploying enterprise workloads to Cloud
9. Knowledge of at least one other cloud hosting solution in addition to Cloud (e.g. Google, AWS, Helion Cloud, SoftLayer). 10. Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages 11. Hands-on experience with one or more configuration management systems such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet 12. Experience designing and supporting enterprise core services as well as cloud deployments of these services
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Design, build, and manage AWS foundation elements, including:
2. Subnets, Network Security Groups (NSGs), Route tables, Virtual Networks (VNets), VNet
peering, Private endpoints, Azure DNS using Terraform
3. Provide on-call support for all Azure services, ensuring high availability and reliability
4. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of Azure services with
applications
5. Very strong in Terraform, Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
6. Need to have very strong understanding and experience in Devops
7. Scripting automation experience in Powershell and Bash
8. Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational security policies
9. Troubleshoot and resolve AWS-related issues, working closely with development and
operations teams
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and features, recommending improvements and
optimizations to the infrastructure
11. Experience with Ansible, Puppet or Chef is a bonus.
12. CI/CD pipelines and tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
