Job Description:
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's ITOM modules including Event Management.
Analyze and resolve integration issues, troubleshoot operational problems, and optimize the performance and security of ITOM functionalities
Configure event management rules and remediation workflows as well as correlate alerts from various monitoring tools
Oversee ServiceNow ITOM solution (event management) to reduce operational noise and outages and increasing service availability
Assist in creating documentation of integration processes, solutions, and design decisions
Resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the integration across the ITSM/ITOM platform
Some working knowledge/experience in Incident Management
