Role: Sr.SAP S/4 Hana BW Specialist (OTC & HTR)
Location: Remote (St louis, MO)
Summary:
We are seeking a talented SAP HANA Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP HANA solutions, as well as supporting SAP BW data warehousing, O2C/OTC, and H2R/HTR processes. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SAP HANA database schemas, data models, and integration points.
- Develop and optimize ETL processes using SAP BW for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Customize and configure SAP modules to support Order-to-Cash (O2C/OTC) and Hire-to-Retire (H2R/HTR) processes.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA databases and applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business analysts and end users to define system requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for implemented solutions.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials as needed.
- Stay updated with SAP technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP HANA solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BW data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C/OTC) and Hire-to-Retire (H2R/HTR) processes within SAP environments.
- Experience in performance optimization and tuning of SAP HANA databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities.
