Position Salesforce CRM -FSC

Location  -NYC NJ -Hybrid -Locals 

Long term Contract

 

Must have:

• Minimum 10+ years in the IT field
• At least 3+ years of leadership experience, including team management and strategic planning responsibilities
• At least 3 years in a delivery lead role, leading complex Salesforce CRM-FSC deployments with multiple stakeholder groups, managing executive stakeholders, operating and steering committees
• Experience building and managing technical delivery teams
• One or more Salesforce Architect Certifications, including but not limited to: Application Architect, System Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect, Identity and Access Management Architect.
• Experience managing and delivering nuanced technical messages to senior stakeholders and end users.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in Financial Services-Capital Markets, Banking or Financial domain.
• Delivery experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
• Experience with back-end integration development capabilities, including but not limited to: Kafka, GraphQL, and ETL tools (e.g., DataStage, Mulesoft, Informatica, etc.)
• Prior pre-sales or technology consulting experience
