Description:-
10+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in
Customer Communications Management.
6+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire or comparable enterprise CCM platforms.
Strong experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and document composition.
Experience designing complex transactional and customer correspondence solutions.
Strong understanding of:
Dynamic document generation
Conditional content
Personalization
Reusable content/components
Business rules
Data transformation and mapping
Batch and on-demand document generation
Experience with XML, JSON, CSV, databases, APIs, and other structured data formats.
Experience integrating CCM platforms with enterprise applications.
