Job Title: Business Analyst (with AI/ML, Agentic)

Location: Washington, DC (onsite)

Contract

 

Need Local Consultants Only

Need Someone from Banking Domain

 

Job Description:

 

Required Skills & Experience

 

·       5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in AI/ML, ITSM, or enterprise automation projects.

·       Prior exposure to regulated industries (banking, government, or multilateral organizations).

·       Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure + AWS).

·       Agentic Platforms Knowledge: Understanding of Ai agent/Agentic concept.

·       Business Analysis: Strong background in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.

·       ITSM Knowledge: Understanding of incident management, service requests, and change management workflows.

·       Governance Awareness: Exposure to Al governance frameworks (Credo. Al or equivalent).

·       Documentation: Ability to produce clear evaluation reports, use case matrices, and executive summaries.

·       Soft Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, and vendor engagement skills.


Key Responsibilities

 

Requirement Gathering

Conduct stakeholder interviews across business units and ITSM teams.

Document orchestration and ITSM automation use cases.

Translate business needs into technical evaluation criteria.


Process Mapping & Analysis

Map current workflows (incident, request, change management).

Identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains.

Benchmark existing processes against agentic Al capabilities.


POC Support

Collaborate with Al Architects and Developers to design test scenarios.

Validate tool performance against business requirements.

Track vendor engagement outcomes and document gaps.

Governance & Compliance

Work with compliance teams to align requirements with Credo.Al governance frameworks.

Ensure business rules are embedded in orchestration workflows.


Reporting & Communication

Prepare stakeholder-ready reports (pros/cons, risks, recommendations).

Present findings to leadership in clear, non-technical language.

Support knowledge transfer sessions with business staff.

 

Change Management

Assist in adoption planning and user readiness.

Document business impact and ROI projections.
