Position Title: ERP Project Manager 
Location: Remote (United States) 

Job Summary

 ERP Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation. This is a critical, high-visibility role responsible for aligning our business operations with technology solutions to drive efficiency and support company growth.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale ERP projects from conception to completion in a distributed team environment. This is a full-time, remote position open to qualified candidates residing within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Execution: Lead and manage the entire ERP project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support in a fully remote setting.

• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.

• Financial Management: Develop and manage the project budget (often multi-million dollar), providing regular financial forecasts and reports to stakeholders.

• Team & Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage a cross-functional team of internal resources, third-party vendors, and implementation partners across different time zones.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring all stakeholders, from executive sponsors to end-users, are kept informed.

• Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Lead organizational change management efforts to ensure smooth user adoption and system buy-in.

• Technical Oversight: Oversee key technical activities, including business process re-engineering, system configuration, data migration, and integrations with other enterprise systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in project management.

  • At least 5 years of dedicated experience managing full-cycle ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Workday).

  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex projects with significant budgets and distributed/remote teams.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong command of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.

  • In-depth knowledge of core ERP modules and business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR).

• Remote Work Proficiency: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively in a fully remote work environment.

Work Authorization

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. This position is open to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certification.

• Master's degree (MBA or related discipline).

• Experience in the [Your Industry, e.g., Manufacturing, SaaS, Retail] sector.

• Experience managing both on-premise and cloud-based ERP implementations.
