Position: Project Manager with Cyber Security

Location: Malvern, PA (hybrid)

Position : Contract

 

Core Responsibilities 

·        Decomposing end state objectives into critical path milestones, dependencies, and constraints.  

·        Working within a matrixed organization, partnership with resources to plan and track deliverables, identifying risks and possible mitigations, and removing team impediments 

·        Driving project team/scrum meetings to gather informed status on progress to goal as defined by work breakdown or project plan. 

·        Ability to delivery program status and have informed responses to questions specific to objective being delivered.

·        Ability to build strong working relationships with both deeply technical engineers and executive senior leadership audiences. 

·        Comfort working within a matrixed organization where resources are not 100% dedicated to single project.

 

Qualifications 

·        Strong project management skills with experience in Agile or Kanban methodologies – working knowledge of Jira preferred

·        Experience leading midsized projects with integrations into other projects for delivery dates.

·        Influence and informal leadership skills to drive progress across various engineering teams providing resources. 

·        General IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security knowledge to support creating, integrating, and managing a plan to deliver across multiple technical domains

·        Experience with process development preferred
