Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Business Analyst who can interact with business stakeholders, gather and translate requirements, and work with technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Salesforce, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

* Strong experience in Stakeholder Management and Requirement Gathering

* Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud)

* Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and acceptance criteria

* Understanding of CRM business processes (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, Workflows)

* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environment

* Excellent communication and documentation skills

Education

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
