Title: Identity and Access Management

Location: Miami/West Palm Beach, FL (hybrid)

Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: (“hybrid”) 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Security certifications are a plus.
Technical Knowledge
Core IAM Knowledge
• Identity lifecycle management (provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews)
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
• Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like CyberArk
• Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
Directory & Platform Expertise
• Active Directory (AD) / Azure AD / LDAP
• SAP GRC Access Control
• Unix/Linux, Windows, RACF access management
IAM Tools & Platforms
• SailPoint, Okta
• ServiceNow/Netgear (for ticketing and access workflows)
Scripting & Automation
• PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation
Compliance & Audit
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements related to access controls.
• Access certification and recertification processes
• Audit log review and evidence gathering
Functional Skills
• Familiarity with IAM concepts such as least privilege, segregation of duties, and role-based access control.
• Ability to define and document SOPs and RACI matrices
• Stakeholder coordination across IT, Security, and Business teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with SLA definition and performance tracking
• Experience with user provisioning, deprovisioning and access certification processes.
