Detailed Job Description:
• 10+ years of experience in M365 support.
• Ability to manage and configure Microsoft 365 Tenant services per business requirements.
• Working knowledge of mail security protocols.
• Ability to guide rolling out feature updates in Office 365, SLC management.
• Subject matter expert in Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Subject matter expert in migrations of legacy Exchange environments to Office 365.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of endpoint devices with network and server infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and training to technology staff and end-users.
• Manage O365 instance, including update channels, Copilot and feature/quality updates.
• Develop, implement, communicate, maintain the IT Asset Management standards, processes, and procedures.
• Create and manage configuration profiles to enforce settings and restrictions on devices
• Plan and execute upgrades to Intune services and stay current with feature releases.
• Manage patching and updates for Intune-managed devices.
• Mapping of Active Directory GPO controls and settings to Intune MDM Policies
• Experience in device management for Windows, iOS/iPadOS, macOS, Android.
• Experience in configuring and managing Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Defender policies, Firewall rules etc.
