• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions to support scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workforce operations.
• Build scalable applications and APIs while configuring core FSL objects like work orders, service appointments, and service territories.
• Leverage key skills in Salesforce development, integrations (REST/SOAP), Service Cloud/FSL data model, mobile app configuration, and automation using Flows and Triggers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure system performance, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality field service solutions aligned with best practices.
