Performing system designs for network architecture d. Coordinating and installing new layer 2/layer 3 network hardware e. Coordinating repairs for leased line wide area network (WAN) services f. Administration of network operating systems g. Coordination of IP addressing scheme h. Administration of local area network (LAN) management system i. Administration of network registrar (DHCP) j. Administration of enterprise monitoring system k. Administration of Voice over IP (VoIP) system l. Administration of wireless network systems m. Providing troubleshooting of network infrastructure n. Wireless Networking Services
Location: Remote/Henderson/Las Vegas, Nevada.

Wireless Networking Services
Activities Include, but are not limited to:
a. Devise, plan, deploy, and improve wireless networks from the
beginning to implementation by collaborating with vendors,
managers, and network engineers
b. Understand client requirements to be able to cater to their
appropriate needs
c. Manage firewalls, such as Palo Alto, Juniper or Cisco ASA
d. Handhold other in-house engineers to train them on wireless
technologies, besides guiding other non-technical people
e. Use tools to evaluate to test and tweak wireless products, such
as routers, switches, hubs, bridges, virtual private networks
(VPNs), and network amplifiers, among others
f. Design and validate the performance, quality, and reliability of
the RF link
g. Design and implement WLANs and other wireless networks
h. Write manuals and document current network procedures
i. Have extensive knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP,
and BGP)
j. Make use of enterprise monitoring tools (SolarWinds and
Splunk).
k. Optimize network performance by supervising performance,
addressing network problems and breakdowns, and partnering
with network engineers to optimize the network
l. Develop and implement policies and classify and oversee
access to protect network systems m. Make sure that all equipment, including servers and the other
network products, are well-connected
n. Devise and support radio frequencies (RF) link performance,
reliability, and quality
o. Enable data and system protection by developing and
maintaining mechanisms for backing up and retrieval
p. Collaborate with different teams to ensure the optimized
performance of VoIP and other wireless telecommunication
devices
q. Work with security team to evaluate threats, troubleshoot issues,
and comply with appropriate security configuration standards of
their organizations
r. Design and deploy changes to the configurations of clients as
per the applicable change management process
s. Proactively handle all network security solutions
t. Make use of testing and diagnostic tools to assess and modify
equipment
