Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to help drive business decisions, improve processes, and build predictive models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data requirements
• Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
• Optimize and monitor model performance
• Present findings and recommendations to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling
• Familiarity with databases and big data technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
