These skills are mandatory and non-negotiable:

·         Oracle HCM cloud Function skills – Core HR(Must have) ORC(recommended) modules.

·         Oracle HCM cloud technical skills – VB Studio Personalization.

·         knowledge of doing page composer personalization’s and visual builder changes.

·         Also need to possess additional skills on Enablement of Redwood page(Need to do Impact analysis & recommend customer based on the requirements) , Knowledge on Integration & testing skills.
