We are seeking a skilled UKG Ready (Kronos Workforce Ready) professional to implement, configure, and support HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to optimize workforce processes and ensure system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration
- Configure UKG Ready modules including:
- Core HR
- Time & Attendance
- Payroll
- Scheduling / Workforce Management
Participate in end to end implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy).
Customize workflows, business rules, and accruals.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide day to day production support for UKG Ready applications.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve tickets.
- Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Integration & Data Management
- Handle integrations between UKG Ready and third party systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, Workday).
- Perform data imports/exports and maintain data integrity.
- Develop and maintain reports using UKG reporting tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements.
- Provide functional guidance and best practices.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation.
- Compliance & Optimization
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance system utilization and efficiency.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with UKG Ready / Kronos Workforce Ready
- Knowledge of:
- Timekeeping & scheduling
- Payroll processing
- HRIS systems
Experience with:
- APIs / integrations
- Data mapping and migration
- Report building
Functional Skills
- Understanding of HR and Payroll processes
- Workforce management best practices
- Compliance and labor regulations awareness
- Soft Skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Qualifications
- UKG (Kronos) certification is a plus
- Experience in cloud based HR systems
- Knowledge of SQL or reporting tools
- Experience in Agile / project based environments
Education
Bachelor‿s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with UKG Pro, Dimensions, or Workforce Central
- Exposure to integration tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft)
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge
