Top Required Skills

• Syniti ADM for SAP — Expert proficiency (4+ years).
• SAP data migration and engineering within SAP HANA environments (2+ years).
• Hands-on legacy data extraction from PeopleSoft, BAAN, or Infor LN (4+ years).

 

Additional Desired Skills

• Programming experience with Python, Spark, PySpark, or PL/SQL.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or AWS Glue).
• Familiarity with data quality tools (Informatica DQ, Talend, Ataccama).
• Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance best practices.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting techniques.

 

Position Overview

We are seeking an Expert-level Data Lead to drive a high-impact enterprise data migration initiative. This role will lead end-to-end data conversion activities from multiple legacy platforms into SAP, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and governance across large-scale datasets.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Syniti ADM for SAP, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience delivering complex SAP data migration projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of data migration including scoping, extraction, mapping, transformation, and loading.
• Design and implement migration solutions from legacy systems such as PeopleSoft, BAAN, and Infor LN into SAP.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.
• Ensure data integrity by identifying duplicates, resolving inconsistencies, and enforcing quality standards.
• Create and maintain detailed data mapping documentation aligned with SAP Business Partner structures.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Oversee and mentor the data conversion team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
