Location: ServiceNow Engineer / Digital Operations Engineer
Location: Waukesha, WI from Day1
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to support digital applications and cloud-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident management, technical operations, and cross-functional collaboration in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support digital applications across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Handle incident and service requests using ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
- Perform log debugging, network profiling, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve issues and validate processes.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and operational workflows.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service engineering, product support, or digital operations.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and Windows-based protocols.
- Proficiency in log debugging tools and network analysis.
- Experience with technical documentation, process validation, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and ServiceNow for incident/service request handling.
- Ability to work in a regulated, quality-driven environment and manage cross-functional priorities.
