Role: UI/UX Designer 

Deliverable scope:  Business Internet Premium Procare 

REMOTE

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of target users. Utilize methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights. 

• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and test design concepts. Use tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to develop interactive prototypes. 

• UI Design: Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with the brand's guidelines. Ensure that the UI is consistent across different devices and platforms. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design is feasible and aligns with the project requirements. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback. 

• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of the design. Analyze the results and iterate on the design based on user feedback. 

• Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and design specifications. Ensure that all design assets are organized and accessible to the team. 

• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX design and IoT technologies. Apply this knowledge to improve the user experience of IoT solutions. 

 

Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field. 

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design, preferably in the IoT or telecom industry. 

• Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (primarily), Adobe XD, and InVision. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. 

• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders. 

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex design challenges. 

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with IoT platforms and technologies. 

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
